Book Your Stall

By submitting a stall booking request for Business Expo 2026, the exhibitor acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Booking Request: Submission of the online stall booking form constitutes a request for a stall and does not automatically guarantee or confirm stall allocation.
2. Stall Confirmation: A stall will be treated as confirmed only after approval by the Business Expo 2026 organizing team and completion of the applicable payment requirements.
3. Stall Allocation: Stall numbers and locations will be allocated by the organizers based on availability, exhibition layout and operational requirements.
4. Payment: Payment details and instructions will be communicated separately after review of the booking request. A booking may remain pending until the applicable payment has been completed.
5. Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be communicated directly to the organizing team. Any applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be communicated as part of the final booking arrangements.
6. Exhibitor Responsibility: Exhibitors are responsible for their products, equipment, displays, staff, materials and personal belongings during the exhibition.
7. Products & Services: Only lawful products and services may be exhibited, promoted or sold. The organizers may restrict any item considered prohibited, unsafe, inappropriate or inconsistent with event or venue requirements.
8. Event & Venue Rules: Exhibitors must comply with applicable venue regulations, safety requirements, event timings and reasonable instructions issued by the organizing team.
9. Damage: Exhibitors may be responsible for damage caused by their staff, equipment, displays or activities to the venue, stall infrastructure or other event property.
10. Organizer Rights: The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to stall allocation, exhibition layout, schedules or operational arrangements where necessary for the proper conduct of the event.
11. Event Schedule: Business Expo 2026 is scheduled for 25, 26 & 27 September 2026 at Kalaignar Arivalayam, Tiruchirappalli.
12. Communication: By submitting the booking request, the exhibitor agrees that the Business Expo 2026 organizing team may contact them using the mobile number and email address provided for matters relating to the booking and event.
