1. General

Business Expo 2026 is organized by SK INDIA. By registering as a visitor or booking a stall, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Visitor Registration

• Visitor registration is free of charge.
• Registration does not guarantee entry if venue capacity is exceeded or in case of unforeseen circumstances.
• Visitors may be required to present a valid photo ID at the venue.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Stall Booking

• Stall bookings are confirmed only after approval by the organizers.
• The organizer reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking.
• Exhibitors must use the allotted stall only for approved business activities.
• Subletting or sharing stalls without prior written approval is prohibited.

4. Payments

• All applicable charges must be paid within the specified timeline.
• Payment confirmation is required for final stall allocation.
• Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the organizer's policy.

5. Photography & Media

The organizers may capture photographs and videos during the event. By attending, you consent to the use of such media for promotional and marketing purposes without additional permission or compensation.

6. Privacy Policy

Information collected during registration will be used only for event management, communication, and future Business Expo updates. Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

7. Liability

The organizers shall not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

8. Organizer Rights

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue arrangements, rules, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice whenever necessary.
